We have had a number of requests over the years for a heater for our Stirling engines. We have finally got round to making one.

So a USB powered heater has been made! It is the same design as our KS90R and KS90 bottom plates. It can either replace the bottom plate or simply placed directly under the engine.

It runs from any normal USB port that provides 1 amp (just about all do). Just wait a 2 to 3 minutes and the temperature will raise about 15C. Which is just enough to run the engine slowly.
